Tort – Assault and battery – ‘Bouncers’ – Collateral estoppel

Where a plaintiff brought suit alleging that his shoulder was dislocated when two “bouncers” ejected him from the defendant’s bar, the judge below properly declined to give preclusive effect to a suspension of the bar’s liquor license.
