5 Responsibilities Every Driver Has

In many car accident lawsuits, winning a case relies on whether or not you can prove the other driver acted negligently, and that their negligence is what resulted in the collision. For instance, if a driver runs a red light and hits into another vehicle, he or she will be held liable for negligent driving if they weren't paying attention or were texting rather than looking at the traffic signal. But if the accident resulted from a faulty traffic signal, then the driver is not considered negligent.
