Hiring a Personal Injury Lawyer: Why Experience Counts?

There is just no way, you can account for experience -- you either have it or you don't. And besides experience the lawyer needs to have the guts to say I am willing to lose in order to win. I will not settle a case for $1 less than what it is worth.
