Negligence – Slip and fall – Stairs

Where the plaintiff injured herself by falling down the bottom few steps of a flight of stairs at a Target store and alleges negligence on the part of the company that managed the construction of the store, the corporation that operates the store and the claims management service that processed her claim as third-party claims administrator, the claims against all defendants must fail given the plaintiff’s failure to produce any evidence of either breach or causation.
